Just wanted to say thank you for all your helpfulness over the past week or so and for the thorough inspection and report.  I did also want to let you know that I really appreciated your email that came with the inspection ? your positive comment about the house was really good for someone like me who tends to worry about these things and was about to read a 36 page document giving all the things that needed fixing.  It put it into perspective so thank you.  It?s these little things that make a difference.  Although we know we have a lot of work to do on this house, we are looking forward to moving in and settling there.
