Hybrid Window

Poor design  in this new home has caused the upstairs window to be on the junction between the lower brick veneer wall and the upper fibre cement sheeting.
This not only makes the window look odd but it increases the complexity of water proofing to this area.
Better planning could have made this wall more aesthetically pleasing.
This stood out to the building inspector during the new home handover inspection.
