Insulation installation

During building and pest inspections for new or pre-purchase properties eg houses and units, the insulation is incorrectly installed.

Insulation not installed as per manufacturers recommendations.

This lot looks like it was thrown in to the ceiling void.  No care was taken to comply with installation instructions.

This may void warranties and affect safety issues such as covering lights, which our building inspections will report on.
