Major timber decay

The stair to this property were still being used even though they were showing signs of major decay and missing joist. 

Large sections of the treads were either missing or badly decayed and there was also major decay and missing boards on the landing to the next level of stairs. 

The building inspector found these stairs to be a health and safety defect and cordoned them off with danger tape and rectification was ordered.
