Mortar in Gutter

Mortar and builders debris is often left in gutters. The building inspector found mortar and builders debris in the gutters to this brand new property. The mortar and debris will reduce the water flow in the gutters and may cause blockages at the junctions of the downpipes. All gutters must be kept clean for correct function.
