Termite damage

During the Pre-purchase Building and Pest inspection of this two storey home the building and pest inspectors found major structural damage to the roofing timbers which made the roof unsafe and major termite damage was found throughout the house.
The only way to find out the full extent of the damage to this house is to carryout invasive inspections. The clients were told that there was a little bit of termite damage.
This was not the case. This house has been a great feeding ground for a long period of time. It looked good to the client. This would end up being a very expensive and major rectification job.
