Wall tiles missing

Presentation is so important in house sales. 
A few feature tiles put back in this area would have made all the difference to the presentation.
I'm sure the real estate agent would have advised the vendor of items that would assist in getting a good price for their property.
The missing tiles and the "I don't care" attitude was an indication to the purchaser that this was propbley the vendor's attitude to all of the maintenace issues as well.
Our client was able to take the necessary maintenace issues into account when negotiating and accptable price.
There were a lot of items.
