Breaching the termite barrier

Breaching is where there are gaps in termite barriers in which termites can gain uninhibited access to the food source. Your building and pest inspectors will note these in their building and pest reports so that you are able to rectify these gaps and restrict termite and pest access to your property. The pest inspectors may advise treatment in some instances and this will need to be strictly adhered to. Check out some of the photo's where termites have gained entry to the home and caused damage.
