Bridging Termite Barrier

Bridging is where termites are provided with assisted access ( or bridge ) over or around the designated barrier which has been installed by your professional pest (termite) contractor. Building and pest inspections often come across areas where the termite barrier has been unintentionally bridged and has provided easy access for the termites and other pest to your house or unit or townhouse.
Your building and pest inspectors will include these areas in their reports and provide recommendations to address these areas and these must be strictly adhered to so that termite and pest entry to your home is removed.
Check out some of the damage the building and pest inspectors find during their inspections.
