Building Contact information

A written contract is required where the contractor agrees to perform domestic building work for an owner & the contract price is more than $3,300,  materials, labour & GST.

As building inspectors we strongly recommend you always have a contract to protect both parties.

You may obtain contracts from the Master Builders or the H.I.A
