Ceiling Heights

All habitable rooms have an acceptable ceiling height of 2.4m.  Kitchens, bathrooms, corridors, laundries, toilets, storerooms, & garages are 2.1m from finished floor levels. Building inpector's often find during their pre-purchase inspections that when the downstairs areas of a highset home is closed in the ceilings are too low.
