Concrete Stumps Leaning

Concrete stumps that appear to be leaning can be unfit for purpose.
A number of concrete stumps in the subfloor of this building are noted to be leaning and spalling.
Neither of these two are good, but combined may compromise the structural integrity of the stumps and affect the support of the building.
A house re-stumper is required to inspect and rectify as neccessary.
