Fibro ceiling under deck

Inappropriate roofing for this area has led to roof damage.
The laundry is situated under the back deck & fibro ceiling has been installed.
Water is ponding on the fibro sheeting & joist and this has damaged the fibro and will cause decay to the joist.
The fibro must be removed by a licenced asbestos removalist in accordance with health & safety regulations.
