Flood Information

Habitable floor level is the level used for building and subdivision planning purposes. 
This is the minimum height that a habitable property must be built above and is the equivilent to a 1 in 100 years flood plus 500mm.
The Brisbane City Council have free flood information for properties in their council for you to download.
