Gutter maintenance

The gutters need to be cleaned regularly to stop sediment build up and rusting and to function as designed.

Residential Building inspectors find leaves, bolts and other items in the gutters which reduce the water flow into the downpipes.

Often this causes backfall and water gains access into other areas such as the eaves and ceiling.
