Plumbing -Shower Spindles

Hot & cold water spindles in showers should be replaced every seven years. 
Wear & tear could result in leakage into the wall cavity behind the waterproofing and cause material deterioration.
This may also encourage termites into the area.
Building and Pest inspectors use moisture meters and thermal imaging devices to help them during their residential building insepctions.
Plumbers will need to be sourced to determine the source of the leak when there is a high moisture reading in the shower wall.
