Risk-Smart is a new fast track development application program, initiated by Brisbane City Council

Risk Smart Applications include

1. Small decks and extensions

2. Building new in a demolition precinct

3. Building industrial in a new subdivision

4. Extra office space in an existing building.

5. Extensins to shops and offices

6. Small blocks of units

7. Subdividing 6 or less blocks where existing infra structure is shared.
