Successful termite management

Successful termite management is clearly far more achievable where there are no inaccessible areas around or under the structure.
In accessible areas obviously do no allow proper termite management systems to be implemented.
We recommend a clear visual zone of at least 25 to 75mm to all homes, units, townhouses, garages and outbuildings, with no contact with the house etc by any items and this includes leaves and grass.
We also recommend that you carry out this visual inspection regularly and have a professional termite inspector do a pest and termite inspection at least yearly. This may need to be done more regularly if there are conditions that require it. Refer to your chosen professional pest and termite company.
