I found the service at Pro Check better than any building service to date. As a serial property buyer I am familiar with the ?standard reports? that are pumped out by others. The report Ray did for me was both extensive and accurate and I was able to check the critical points pre purchase. I usually do a Pest and Building reports as one service but now realise the expertise of a builder is so critically important to separate these area?s of expertise. Thank you for such a great job!
