With the awareness for a need to help in the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, we recognise that taking part is of utmost importanace.  Our goals are in the reduction of paper products and other related high resource materials.  The paper bound hard copy is OPTIONAL to the email version and must be requested in the agreement.

Building Services

Pro-Check Building Services offer Residential Pre-Purchase/ Pre-Sale and New Home Building Inspections that include a detailed building report of your property and exceeds AS4349.1 - 2007. This will include
  • Interior of the building including the ceiling, walls, floors, doors, windows, kitchen cabinets and bathrooms.
  • Exterior of building. bricks, cladding, lintels, windows, flashings, decks. veranda's and stairs.
  • Roof space, condition of rafters, gyprock, insulation and sarking.
  • Under floor space, condition of stumps, bearers, joists and flooring.
  • Roof exterior, condition of tiles, tin, flashing, gutters and downpipes.
  • The site including garage, driveways, patios, sheds, carports, cubby houses, surface drainage, fencing and retaining walls.
  • The use of electronic moisture meters, digital photo's and tile tapper.

Building Experience

Ray has over 30 years experience in the building trade. He completed his trade in Carpentry and Joinery in the Commercial and Residential industries. He continued to work in the high rise construction, civil and civic works, shop fitting, cabinet making, complete house, bathroom and kitchen renovations, plastering, tiling, painting, drainage, landscaping, roofing, concreting and fencing, as well as, project home builder and supervising other builders project homes.
One of Ray's greatest assets is that he is not afraid of spiders because where he gets into there is always spiders and the occasional snake.
 
We have always believed that 4 is better than 2 and having 4 eyes go over an area achieves a much more detailed result than just one pair when doing your building and pest inspection. We believe in only sourcing the most experienced pest management contractors (who are all owner operators) so you know its in their interest to do the best possible Pest Inspection for you.
We randomly choose from a select list of prefered suppliers based on their availability at the booking time, or we will work with your chosen pest inspector.
 
We understand how difficult it can be to organise and to make contact with the many variety of different people involved in obtaining a building and pest inspection.
