Building inspection Brisbane – handrail to stairs

Building inspection Brisbane at practical completion with handrail to steps

At the building inspection in Brisbane of this new property at practical completion stage it was noted that a handrail had been installed to arrest a fall in the event of a slip and fall incident.
When our Brisbane building inspector spoke with the supervisor for this property it was determined that the building company had included the handrail in the design stage for safety on site.
Slip and fall incidents do occur and the installation of the handrail to the steps by the builder right from the design stage is a good indication that the builder is aware and takes necessary action from the beginning.

The tree roots may also interfere with the drainage or if too close, the footings and foundations of the buildings, driveways and paths.
